1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using DomVia, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and any related policies incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. Platform purpose
DomVia provides a digital platform for property discovery, listings, shortlets, land, related services, verification workflows, support, messaging, and other real-estate-related tools. DomVia may introduce, modify, suspend, or remove features at any time.
3. User accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information and update it where necessary.
4. Listings, services, and platform content
Users who publish listings, service offerings, profiles, documents, or other content must ensure that their submissions are accurate, lawful, non-misleading, and do not infringe the rights of others. DomVia may review, limit, reject, suspend, or remove content at its discretion.
5. Verification and trust signals
Verification, badges, trust indicators, or other review outcomes on DomVia do not constitute a guarantee, warranty, or endorsement of any user, listing, or transaction. They are platform trust signals only and may be updated, revoked, or limited at any time.
6. No off-platform circumvention
Users must not use DomVia to discover, source, identify, contact, or negotiate with a buyer, seller, renter, landlord, agent, service provider, or other counterparty and then intentionally move the same transaction, booking, deal, or arrangement outside DomVia in order to avoid platform rules, verification processes, audit trail, support systems, fees, transaction controls, trust checks, dispute handling, or other platform protections.
DomVia may investigate suspected circumvention and may suspend accounts, remove listings, cancel access, restrict activity, preserve records, or take other enforcement action where necessary to protect the platform and its users.
7. Prohibited conduct
You must not use DomVia for fraud, impersonation, scams, harassment, abuse, unlawful conduct, misleading listings, false verification submissions, off-platform circumvention, security abuse, scraping beyond permitted use, or any activity that harms DomVia, its users, or the platform’s trust.
8. Fees, transactions, and platform controls
Where DomVia charges fees, commissions, service charges, subscription charges, or related platform costs, users agree to comply with those charges as described on the platform or in applicable feature terms. Any attempt to avoid or undermine those controls may result in suspension or termination.
9. Suspension and termination
DomVia may suspend, restrict, or terminate access where we believe a user has violated these terms, created platform risk, misused support or verification systems, engaged in suspicious activity, or otherwise threatened trust, safety, operations, or legal compliance.
10. Disclaimers
DomVia provides the platform on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that listings, users, services, availability, or outcomes will always be accurate, complete, uninterrupted, or error-free. Users remain responsible for their own decisions and due diligence.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DomVia will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to platform use, user conduct, listings, communications, service interactions, or transaction disputes.
12. Changes to these terms
DomVia may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the platform after an update means the revised terms will apply going forward.
